This guarantee coverage free replacement of mattress if it sags more than 15% of its original thickness or if there are any manufacturing defects.

Note: Guarantee period starts from date of purchase.
Item Not Covered:

• Mattress fabric after 1 year.
• Structure Damaged from using an important bed frame/foundation.
• Mattress damaged due to abuse.
• Comfort Level.

• Proof of purchase with date, place of purchase and purchase price is required to obtain service under this guarantee.
• Provide the law label the defective product.
